Subscription and Billing Questions

Managing your subscription and understanding your billing shouldn't be complicated. This guide answers common questions about our plans, credits, and how to manage your account settings.

Subscription FAQ

Is there a free plan?

We do not offer a permanently free plan. However, we provide a 3-day trial for a $1 setup fee. This allows you to explore all features before your full monthly subscription begins.

The $1 setup fee is non-refundable and grants immediate access to the platform for 72 hours. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the full monthly plan you selected.

What is included in the All In One plan?

The All In One plan ($99/month) is our most popular option. It includes:

  • 30 articles per month (1 article per day)

  • Automated article generation and publishing

  • Access to all core platform features

Billing Management

How do I update my payment method or cancel?

You can manage your payment details and subscription status directly through the Stripe Customer Portal.

  1. Click your Profile/Avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Manage Subscription.

  3. You will be redirected to the secure Stripe Portal where you can:

    • Update your credit card or billing address.

    • Cancel your subscription.

    • View upcoming charges.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your features until that date.

Where can I download my invoices?

Invoices and receipts are stored in your dashboard for easy access.

  1. Click your Profile/Avatar.

  2. Select View Invoices.

  3. You will be taken to the /dashboard/invoices page where you can view and download PDF receipts for all past payments.

Plan Upgrades & Credits

How do I upgrade my plan?

If you need more articles or advanced features, you can upgrade at any time. For backlink-specific plans, navigate to the Backlinks section and select Upgrade. For general article add-ons, please contact our support team.

Upgrades are prorated. You will only be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.

How do credits work?

Credits (such as article credits) are assigned monthly based on your plan level.

  • Reset: Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Limits: If you reach your limit, you will receive an "Insufficient credits" error. You can either wait for the next cycle or upgrade to a higher tier.
